Caitlyn Worledge is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas and is certified as a Mental Game Coach by the International Mental Game Coaching Association (IMGCA). Caitlyn is also trained in Animal Assisted Therapy (AAT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). She received her Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Master's in Counseling from the renowned programs at The University of North Texas.
Caitlyn has enjoyed serving the DFW community in various counseling settings, including non-profit, a treatment center, community college and university, and private practice providing individual, group, and family counseling. Caitlyn has also written articles, blogs, and given workshops throughout DFW on various mental health and wellness topics such as: anxiety, depression, coping skills, and performance psychology.
Caitlyn shared she is honored to join the TSSNT team as Training Director and is looking forward to continuing to serve the DFW community in her new role. Caitlyn’s various experiences in the counseling field and love of learning give her a unique and knowledgeable perspective as she serves as Training Director. Caitlyn is passionate about striving for excellence and continued growth, and helping others do the same!
In her spare time, Caitlyn enjoys riding horses, yoga, watching sports, playing fantasy football, reading, spending time with her dogs, baking, and spending time with friends and family.
